Ricoh built in webcam driver for R5U870

this seems to be a widely used webcam in different laptops I am unable to find a driver for it. I have tried through cheese but it doesn't seem to recognize it at all. I have tried different websites to find a driver for it.
Here is my read out:

any help is appreciated I am a newbie to linux mint 13
