Gaming keyboard strange led behaviour

I got a new gaming keyboard. As soon as X starts the keyboard leds is not working. Funny facts
* When i switch language using the applet the scrollock shows the alternative layout as usual
* But when i use the change layout hotkey it is not
* xset led works
* Caps lock is not light
The keyboard change states as usual
Any ideas?
Disrtro: Mint 13 cinnamon

lsusb gives
