Mint 14 Cinnamon - SD card & Camera not working

Hi all,

I've a System76 Gazelle Professional. After installing Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon, my SD card reader ceased to function. I have plugged in all sorts of SD cards and - nothing.

Also, my webcam is't functioning. But that isn't as big of a deal as the SD reader. I need this! =)

Any pointers?
