Unable to mount disk volume

hello fellow, i am new user of LM 12, i have successful installed LM 12 and i have been used for about 3 month now without any problem, recently it has been crushing but i have been able to recover it from recovery option when booting, two day ago after it crushed it failed to recovery so i can no longer log in. I want to upgrade it to LM 14 but i failed since i cant access my previously files when i log in via LM 14, its bring me this message please help
