Webcam doesn't work in browser on Chatablanca

I have installed Linux Mint 14 64bit and my I use firefox as a default browser. On chat websites, such as Chatablanca, I can see other people using webcams while I can't. Is it abug or something that I can work around? What should I do about it?

I have the same problem on person.com . I would love a solution too , google searches lead to 'flash' problems but no solutions that have worked for me .

solution is simple;install Google Chrome not Chromium and ur cam works out-of-the-box!!
