What might this ouput during startup mean?

[ 24.799486] Bad target number (1:0)
[ 24.799800] Bad target number (2:0)
[ 24.800104] Bad target number (3:0)
[ 24.800408] Bad target number (4:0)
[ 24.800795] Bad target number (5:0)
[ 24.802295] Bad target number (6:0)
[ 24.802637] Bad target number (7:0)

i also am using an acer d270 running linux mint 13 xfce.

i believe i read somewhere that these bad target numbers refer to the sd card reader... which seems to work just fine... i have yet to find a solution though.
