Wireless Problem for Dell Latitude D630

Hello, Im having a problem (not sure if its a bug, or glitch, its on of the two) When i have two wireless networks, (one at home and at school) and i switch from one to another, The second one always stays connected, but at home, my home network shows its connected, but will sometimes get cut off, Having to turn off the wireless and turn it back on again, for it to happen again... Any way to fix this?
