cheese webcam not working in inspiron N4110

Hi
I have integrated webcam in my Inspiron N4110 laptop and it is not working with fresh install of Linux mint 13 maya. i tried cheese and cheese says "No device found"

Below are few details I have collected -

Go into Control Centre, then Users and Groups. Then Advanced Settings, and enter your password. Go to User Privileges Tab, and scroll to bottom of list and check "use video devices". Then reboot or log out and back in again.

look likes your webcam not detected, maybe you need special key ( Fn+key combination ) to turn on/off inbuild webcam.

Not worked at all. Removed linux mint from my laptop. Anyway. I want to delete my posts/profile. Anyone know how to do it?
