Slow USB mouse movement

I have a problem similar to the one of many other people. But still i can't find a clear solution to it. I'm a newbie in Linux Mint and i recently installed it on my Dell Inspiron m5030 laptop as a secondary OS (somewhere like 3 days ago). The problem is that my USB Mouse doesn't work normaly, it's moving very slow and changing the mouse sensitivity doesn't resolve the problem. I tried other USB mice but the result is the same although my touchpad works fine. I also tested if my USB flash drive works and it does work pretty fine. So, i gues that there's nothing wrong with the ports. The model of my mouse is: DX-PWLMSE.

Please, somebody, help me, i realy need to resolve this problem and i don't know how.
