[Solved]Ati hd 7770 HDMI no audio

Hello, i'm still using the Mint 9 LTS, and with this new videocard can not hear any sound throw hdmi.

This is what happen when i type :
lspci -nn | grep Audio

I wanted to try all these solutions i've found on web :

1- disable integrated audio - not worked
2- tried at /etc/default/grub: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash radeon.audio=1" not worked
3- tried this http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1009407&page=2 not worked too

... i'm using prorpietary driver catalyst-12.10-x86.x86_64.run.

If any of you have a solution would be really great.

I did it by myself. The problem was that i was using a kernel 2.6xx, upgrading to 3.3 solved all the issue.
