missing firmware

i am running linux mint maya 13 and i have succesfully compiled kernel 3.7 from source using my existing config file.
but upon installing the compiled debs for the kernel i get this error --- Possible missing firmware /lib/firmware/rtl_nic/rtl8106e-1.fw for module r8169
but by running lspci -v i get that the module is loaded,

i pluged the laptop in a fixed connection and is working, so why the complain about missing firmware?
