I'm considering these two bundles as a basis for putting together a Mint 13 PC.
Which do you think is going to be the most viable?

They'll both work, but given a choice, I'd punt for the 22nm Intel over the older 32nm AMD, but that's my preference. It'll be faster all round, and will run cooler. The AMD machine comes with 1.3GHz RAM, but the Intel is faster again at 1.6GHz. That should be the deal clincher.

Btw, why LM13 and not 14?

In the end I spent my £199 on a Nexus 7, a very impressive device running Linux
