Which nvidia driver should i use?

Hello, i recently decided to try steam and told it to install team fortress 2 but ive run into the dilemma of which driver should i be using i got nvidia-current, nvidia-current-updates, xserver-xorg-video-nouveau, and nvidia-experimental-310/304 and i wonder whats the difference between them

i got a geforce gt 440 and im using mint 14 kde

use the 310 experimental driver.

I installed Need 4 speed hot pursuit 2010 tonight via wine and i got 10-20fps ... Extremely laggy and slow, did some searching and i read someone say to use the nvidia 310 experimental driver, i installed it and after that the game was extremely smooth even on high settings

O and i have the same card as you, Geforce GT440 1Gb DDR3
