How can i make this happen? In sound preferences, under hardware I have only Analog surround 5.1 Output and Digital stereo (HDMI) output.. It worked with Ubuntu 12.10, but now when I installed Linux Mint I have the probler that I have absolutely no sound. I of course tried to get drivers but I couldn't find them being the noob that I am with Linux. Asus had drivers only for windows and I don't really know how to find the drivers with terminal.. :?

Thanks.

On the Hardware tab, please click your internal audio and then try selecting another profile (digital) at the bottom.

The digital profile of the internal audio is not HDMI. HDMI audio is a separate device.
