The fan that comes in the box is not capable of cooling your cpu.
Ok. Let me respond like catweasle: BULLSQUAT. Stock cooling systems work under normal operating conditions. The guys designing this stuff have way more education than I do as well as a bunch of very sophisticated testing equipment. Ain't going to happen. If your CPU is overheating, it is being used to death, which is software, or something is not mechanically correct, like thermal paste.
Flash, I don't really understand. On my old Pentium D playing any flash video would jump the CPU use to the point it was almost overheating. On the Ivy Bridge system flash is no better or worse than anything: flash, .wmv, .avi, .mp4. No video goes over 10% CPU use. Maybe it's the CPU instruction set? I used to think flash was crap, now I don't care. Remember that flash has to be cross platform so there are some compromises. Give us an update rowa.
