LinuxMint 5 and X-Fi working ?

I am a Linux noob and i will install LinuxMint 5. Can i use a X-Fi Soundcard with LinuxMint 5 and how install the Driver or what i need ?

ps: sorry for my bad english.

OSS has support for the Xfi cards (at least beta drivers)
