ZTE DSL 852 USB Modem Drivers

hi everyone,

My ZTE DSL 852 USB modem is working fine on ubuntu 7.10 with "ubudsl_0.5-1_i386.deb".
i tried to install it on Linux Mint 5 but it's not working.even modem indicators doesn't working.

i'm from Sri Lanka and i really need this driver because lot of us are now moving to Linux Operating systems.

i hope someone can help me.

Gutsy (7.10) has an older kernel than Mint Elyssa. Elyssa uses the same kernel as Hardy so you have to find a driver for Hardy
