Basically there is no sound at all, I've tried reinstalling the alsa drivers, but that doesn't seem to have done anything, assuming I've even done it right!
When I press the muted volume control in the corner is says:
No volume control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found. So I assume somehow I've managed to uninstall the device, or install something completely different by accident!
I could reinstall from a Live CD again, but is there an easier way to reinstall a specific driver like this? Help!
