hi, I have a c700 lappy. the wireless is broadcom. It is not working. I followed a guide on an ubuntu forum, it did not work. heres a link to the guide i followed.

I also tried installing madwifi, and I am not sure if this did anything at all. Please forgive me, I am a linux newb.
EDIT: confused. Right after I posted, it just started working (!?). Go figure. yay linux!
