How well does Mint run on the Acer Aspire One?

I'm thinking of purchasing an Acer Aspire One and was wondering if anyone has the latest version of Mint running on one of these new laptops?

I've found documentation on the Ubuntu web site that gives an outline of what might be expected

but am not sure how much of this would apply to Mint?

What ever fix works with Ubuntu, will work with Mint also.
