Post by bigphredo »

I have an EeePC 4G, I installed linux mint using this tutorial http://ilearneditonline.wordpress.com/2 ... -with-usb/ but I can't for the life of me get the Wifi working. I installed the daryna release. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

That fixed it, I installed ellysa last night and everything went a lot smoother. Everything seems to work better. I still have two issues. I can't get the webcam or mic to work with skype. But I'll keep working on it, any suggestion would be great. Thanks again for the help.

check out http://www.ubuntu-eee.com there is a distro ready to run on an eeepc and it looks unreal.
if you insist on using mint (and why wouldnt you;) ) then you can use the settings and stuff from ubuntu-eee to figure it out... its all working, even the webcam ;)
