I have given up trying to get my Xonar sound card working with 2.6.24 kernel but I understand that it works with the 2.6.25 kernels and was wondering how to update the kernel in Mint 5 to that kernel?

I would not recommend it as I don't know if it breaks something else but it's actually simple
