Buy new laptop: ASUS G751JT 17.3" Full HD

Hi, Im going to buy a new laptop and I'm looking on ASUS G751JT 17.3" Full HD.

But but will this one work with linux mint 17.1 ?
Found it on a norwegian website since this is where i come from: https://www.komplett.no/asus-g751jt-173 ... !tab:extra.
don't know if it has different spec then other sites but i find it when i search G751JT on google.

Can anyone help me find out if i will have any problems?

all i can say is you should be wary of (or totally avoid) optimus in the graphics, but maybe things have changed?

generally hardware that is younger than 6 months may not be supported by linux yet.

other people will be able to give more information, i'm not a hardware person.
