I have an Sony NWZ-a816 Mp3 player. I used to synchonize it with WMP11, but i'am trying to get rid of Windows.
Is there an mediaplayer under linux that supports MP3 synchronizing?

If i drag & drop the files onto the MP3 player some of the files don't get recognized.

Gnomad, VLC Amarok....
If you just want to add mp3 files - the file browser
I do that with a Creative Zen stone
