TV Tuner?

Hello everyone,
I have been looking for a PCI/USB (whatever is easiest to configure) NTSC TV tuner, but have been having trouble finding a Linux compatible model. (I can find many chipsets that are supposed to work, but no golden ticket with a link to a store.)

Any advice?

EchoLynx,
You may wish to Google "Kaffeine + TV Tuner" and see what pops up. I remember reading that this can be done with Kaffeine, as well as there were model numbers of hardware that were Linux-friendly.

-TV Card:
In order for my LifeView Fly Video 2000 to work with Debian (or Ubuntu), I had to create this folder "options", with this line:

options saa7134 card=3 gbuffers=4

Its path is:
/etc/modprobe.d/options

How to make TVTime work for other users:

"What I did was simply in terminal to "sudo nautilus", then i went to /dev/video0, right-clicked, opened "Properties", and on "Permissions", I chose "read & write", and enabled "open as a program"."

Then:
sudo usermod -aG video francis
Or if you run Debian, log in as root, then;
usermod -aG video francis
