For the past 2 years I cannot get a USB only Monitor (AOC in my case), to be recognized by Linux. Currently Linux Mint 17.3.
If I connect it before Boot, the boot hangs half way. If I plug it in after startup, it is simply ignored?
Any drivers anywhere?
Any Windows NDIS drivers available?
Please, only answer if you have been successful in getting a USB only monitor to work on linux mint, or Ubuntu
