Would have been nice if you were a bit more specific
If you think of audio - why not
It's probably no different from other HDA sound
and it is very probable that the standard solution for all kinds of problems with HDA works

You change model to what ever you have or auto
You may have to try different "models" to get it to work - brand or model ...
If it does not work out of the box that will fix it
But - I can't remember if I've seen a Realtek HDA - the Azalia pops up now and then
