LinuxMint 7, amd dual core 64/ 5200, 4 GB (only 3 available since it's 32-bit), 512 MB ATI, sata HDD
I have set the mouse acceleration to the speed I like, however, each time I reboot or shutdown (power off) and start back up the mouse speed goes back to the orginal (install default) speed. I didn't have this problem with Mint 6 or 5.
I have found a workaround, but I'm wondering if this is a glitch or just an anomoly on my box. The work around is to set it back to the lowest setting (slider all the way to the left), shutdown, then re-adjust the mouse when I boot up. Annoying.
Does anyone know if they are going to release a 64-bit Mint 7. I want to use all my memory so I can use VirtualBox.
Thanks
T

I cant remember seeing that mouse problem before
What sort of mouse is it? And what kind of hardware do you have?
There will be a 64 bit version of all versions of the main edition - might appear any day now
