The colorspace_conv thing can be solved by adding a bit of options to /etc/modprobe.d/options
But that file is depreciated and dropped but it probably works if you add it as a "conf file"
Here goes

I haven't got the slightest idea if that's enough

looks like a senior citizen webcam; it is mentioned in posts from 2005 and before;

the latest thoughts are that UVC compliant webcams just work; and are not expensive;

mind you, this guy seemed to get the webcam going no problem ..
