Alsa constantly needing a force-reload

Hello all.

I have just switched back to LM, onto Gloria. It seemed to run without a problem, the best support I've ever witnessed.

HOWEVER

When I am viewing flash in Firefox, the sound just stops into skipping. For example, a 20 second track would repeat every second about 8 times before going to the next.

sudo alsa force-reload

seems to work temporarily. Is there a permanent solution to this?

For some reason, unbeknownst to me, my sound cut out, totally.

I think I either installed or deleted a file? I've been tinkering in 'terminal' lately.

I tried this temp-fix: sudo alsa force-reload

It worked !! . . . we'll see how long it lasts.
And what other 'fixes' I might need or try.

Yeah, I said that in the OP. It tends to last, maybe, 24 hours.

I found this in another Forum, seems like everything you/we might need to keep the sound working in LinuxMINT.
