I have to buy a new server and the pc will have 2 HD and a raid 0
I need to set a double boot windows xp + linux mint

Is there any problem for installing the double boot? apparently it is not possible to partition the disks in raid 0...

RAID is a bit lacking in Mint, sadly
Don't use RAID0 unless you are interested in total loss of data
I have tried it and the performance gain in real use is negligible

weel, I am conferging towards the idea of making a raid 1 instead of raid 0...just in case
