Hello You All Just here to let you know that i found the solution for the ATI drivers here my Radeon X700 is working on mint 7

That xorg.conf is flawed - there are several sections with the same name
Downgrading to the previous X and drivers is the only way to get ATI drivers for some cards - thanks for providing the link
But beware it is not without risks - it might not work at all although it should

True i found that i cant update the sytem with out seeing my Driver beeng disconfigurated again
but i fixed those problems on the Xorg.conf
