fujitsu stylistic 34oo stylus

Postby jdoebean on Thu Dec 24, 2009 9:53 pm

I have spent quite some time working on getting the stylus to work and have found little, I have Helena installed and was working with the information available here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=456110. Installed the driver and setserial from package manager and have apparently run into a wall. Any advice would be welcome. That said it runs quite fast considering a coppermine processor. Have 4 running and would like to get the touch screens working in Mint

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

The newest post in the link you have is from July 2008 and Linux handling of touchscreens has developed since then
However I can't really find any useful information except that you need the fpit driver
Code: Select all
apt install xserver-xorg-input-fpit

I've seen some info on configuration for a TC1000 which I thought was partially wrong as configurations should not take part in xorg.conf but it seems that it should work
However xorg.conf will (sooner rather than later) disappear completely

Don't fix it if it ain't broken, don't break it if you can't fix it
