LAN and sound Problem on Helena

Hi all
I have installed Mint Helena Main recently.
While booting Live CD it surprised me that there was no net or sound but I installed it anyway.
After that I checked model of Mainboard, it's ECS 755-A2.
It seems that this model is problematic.
Could anyone help how to run LAN and sound on it, especially LAN bacause I can't install anything.
If possible do you have links to some ubuntu/mint drivers available for this mainboard.
