T-Mobile Sinus111Card WiFi Adaptor. Driver doesn't fit.

Hallo!
Can someone please help me?
I have installed LinuxMint 8 (before that I used WinXP).
My Laptop is IBM ThinkPad T23.
I have T-Mobile Sinus111Card PCMCIA Wi-Fi adaptor.
I have driver for it. It worked 100% under WinXP.
I cannot make this driver work under Helena.
Here's what I tried to do:
1)Menu => Windows Wireless Drivers => I select my .inf driver and install it.
Doesn't work. Sais “Wrong Driver”. (it worked under XP)
2)I went to http://www.linuxmint.com/wiki/index.php/MintWifi and I did everything it suggests thrice.
I'm beginner at Mint, but I read all suggested information carefully before posting.
Can someone help me?

To summarize: I got this device:
Socket 0 Device 0: [hostap_cs] (bus ID: 0.0)
Stuck into PCMCIA.

And I have the driver TS111NIC.inf (with 2 .sys files) for Win that I need to match somehow with this device.
------
Here's the list of what I've already done. Please someone help me.
***
"If you want to use WPA and can see the network but not connect or only use WEP you can probably find a solution here This is (probably) valid for all cards." - that's not WEP. Device's not working.
"Right click on the Network Connections icon." - Wireless is enabled
"gksu gedit /etc/network/interfaces" — interfaces file is OK
"sudo /usr/lib/linuxmint/mintWifi/mintWifi.py" — My Sinus111Card is not detected
My device works; I see it from here:
oem@oem-laptop ~ $ lspcmcia
Socket 0 Bridge: [yenta_cardbus] (bus ID: 0000:02:00.0)
Socket 0 Device 0: [hostap_cs] (bus ID: 0.0)
Socket 1 Bridge: [yenta_cardbus] (bus ID: 0000:02:00.1)
Find the driver if it is not included in Mint: - I have one.
Then I ran Windows Wireless Drivers again and made same installation.. - didn't work of course.
Don't know what else I can do.
Does someone know how to fix it?
I would be greatful if someone can help me.

Hello Zoopp,
Someone who knows about wireless drivers will, hopefully, spot your post in Networking>Wireless and help you fix this problem.
In future, please don't cross-post(post the same,or similar question in different sub-forums)it causes all sorts of confusion.
Thanks
