I am currently using the dwl g630 wireless card in isadora.
It is not even recognized as plugged in on mint, but it works perfectly on windows.
All the ubuntu solutions do not work for me.
Can anyone help? I really need wifi.

Re: DWL G630 not recognized
Is the card recognized as a pcmcia card first (lspcmcia in a terminal after plugging in)? If not then the wifi is never going to work.

You need to provide more information about what the system sees. The outputs of lspcmcia, lsmod and nmtool should do for starters.
