I am using Mint9 Gnome. My pc is Intel c2duo, 3 GB DDR2, 250 GB SATA, Intel DG31PR mother board, Intel G31 express graphics.

Generally warnings are not worth worrying about. If you ever start compiling programs from source, you'll see hundreds sometimes. Errors (which would be marked with EE in Xorg.0.log) are a different story of course.
The ACPI warning probably just means your computer doesn't have ACPI, or that it's switched off in the BIOS.
