What fixed my problem was the following:
In /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf add the following line:
- Code: Select all
options snd-hda-intel model=6stack-digout
That's it... that fixed the problem for me. Hope it helps. As I said, I spent countless hours and read many different posts all around the internet trying to solve the issue.
