Hi, I have an AMD 3800 chip on a Biostar K8 board and it has AC97 sound on board. As usual it doesn't work out of the box with Linux, does anyone know what's needed to get it working (codecs, anything else)? The device chooser in volume control says it's an Nvidia CK804, (chipset I suppose) and lists ALSA mixer, it still doesn't work though. I would like to use ALSA if I could. Thanks.
