Look around as I'll bet you can find a good acer asipre one for about the same money if not cheaper, I know these little units work quite well as I have a few friends with them. The one thing I would recommend is lose the Windows OS quick though (Mint works very well)

One of my friends has an unpleasure experience with the acer, so i am afraid...

Do what you want, but Acer is a much more reputable brand, they don't misquote tech specs, and at similar price points make a much better Netbook in terms of performance then the brand you mentioned.
