Is there a multimedia keyboard that works with linux

I own a multimedia keyboard with controls for audio and internet and I am planning to buy a new keyboard/mouse for christmas. Does anyone know of a multimedia keyboard that is supported by Linux Mint, or is this another Micro$oft users only club ?
