ATI SB600 Azalia ---No Sound

I can't get this sound card to work at all, no matter what I do. Did anyone have any luck with this card? I've read on some forum, that it should be supported by snd-hda-intel. It does not work on my system.
This is a Toshiba A215-S7437 laptop, running Mint Celena.
This is the output of lspci -v :

Anyone? Am I the only one having problems with this card? I've tried to edit the "alsa-base" file adding at the end "options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=toshiba" and it didn't work. Tried "model=auto" instead, and that didn't work either. Has anyone figured out how to get sound with this card?
