Re: Newbie question! Intel driver

worked fine
Update the kernel to 2.6.38-10 final
go here
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/
your looking for
linux-image-2.6.38-10-generic
linux-headers-2.6.38-10
linux headers-2.6.38-10-generic
install all 3 packages for ether x32 or x64 based on your OS.
Wont hurt to use synaptic and select reinstall for the intel drivers after ether.

Re: Newbie question! Intel driver
Guru, I have never tried kernelcheck and noticed this in the box as it is compiling = echo module does not exist. It is now finishing. Do you know what that is and if there is something I need to do prior to rebooting? Thanks! I have never seen kc before and am very intrigued by it.
