How do I "Auto-mount" drives on Boot Up with Mint Mate 16 ?

How to access my hard drive & USB flash memory ?
I saw this video on YouTube (by seaner992) and his instructions didn't download the "pysdm" app. (Storage Device Manager)

There's an app which comes by default with LM and the name is Disks (menu->Accessories->Disks). Open this app and click on the partition you want to automount at startup. Then click settings icon below the partition table and choose "Edit mount options". set automatic mount to off, and check "mount at startup". There's a text field below "Symbolic icon name" (not the text field associated with it), put the text defaults here.
give mount point as /home/user/label,
here user=your user name, label= label/name of the partition.
Click ok, enter password.

But i prefer a most straight forward process (editing the fstab). This process is described here:
