RICOH Aficio 2035 installed but no printing

hi all, im new here so i dont know how to this, but i have a problem with a printer RICOH Aficio 2035 installed on network. This printed has benn installed correctly as we can see but when we try to print the test page the printer only print one page with this

and a lot of blank pages, i can see that "(201208311214)" is the date and time but we figure that all this is and the blank pages is an error.
We are making this tries to start a project of install linux in an public hospital, as first step we need to be able to print in all the printers of hospital.
