[SOLVED] Maya 13: Print jobs disappearing

Hi,
CUPS is recognizing my printer--a Dell 1720 Laser; I'm using the Dell M5200 driver per the Dell website's instructions--and when print a test page, the printer starts up but nothing prints. When I check the print jobs in CUPS, it claims that the print job was done.

Any idea where the print jobs are going? How do I troubleshoot this?

I figured it out. The problem appears to have been the driver I selected. I had selected the "Dell M5200" driver per some instructions I came across, but after finding this other page on the Dell website I switched to "Generic PCL 6/PCL XL Printer Foomatic/ljet4d", which appears to be working.
