Config new Network printer in Mint13 SOLVED

I am having difficulty in configuring a new Network printer, and also I cannot remove the old one that this will replace.. This problem baffles me because a couple of years ago I could and did configure the printers with no trouble thro' Add/ Remove printer - over time this config tool seems to have disappeared.Any guidance please. At the moment I have to download my printing jobs to USB memory and open them in my neighbours computer.

system-config-printer
Remembered used this utility from terminal. Problem resolved.
