Cannot Print to Network Kyocera TASKalfa 3050ci

I just migrated from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Linux Mint, and trying to setup our network printer.

I added the printer from system-config-printer.

I get a message saying

Code: Select all

Printer 'Kyocera-Mita-TAKSalfa-3050ci-KPDL' may not be connected

when I try to print.

I have added the printer and it communicates toner levels and status, but will not print the job. It does print a Test Page though.

What I am trying to print is 300 page report from Firefox.

Any ideas? It did work under Ubuntu so I am pretty sure I have over looked something.

I am on LinuxMint LMDE.

Update: The job does print from Firefox, after about 40 minutes and it takes about 30 seconds per sheet.
