Hello,
I am completely new to Linux first of all so please be patient with me. I installed Mint 13 Cinnamon 32 a while back with quite a bit of problems but I eventually got it. My only problem (that I know of) is my wireless has been junk since day one. As a matter of fact I went back to Windows. It works for a bit then stops. It never shows that it disconnects and when you click on network it seems like it is still connected however it doesn't work unless I turn off wireless and turn it back on, then the process repeats. Well I have been trying to fix it myself and have been unsuccessful. And now when I go into network it does not even recognize a wireless option. I thought maybe i deleted the wireless card but i tried to reinstall it and the installation program wont run. I am guessing its a problem with my wireless card but I obviously dont know. Help if you can.
I am Dual booted on a Dell Dimension 4600 (yeah its old) with Windows XP
I am running a Belkin Wireless N F5D8053
Thank you
