Firmware for Ralink 3290

I have just loaded kernel version 3.7.6 in an attempt to get my HP Sleekbook wireless interface working, and for the first time the device is recognised in network manager but the message I am now getting is Firmware missing. Where can I find this firmware and how do I install it.
